Although our listing activity is focused in the central core, we are familiar with all of Toronto’s neighbourhoods and have very successfully sold properties throughout the city. Cailey Heaps Estrin – Partner & Sales Representative
Cailey began working with Heather in the 1990s and now manages the team. She has a down-to-earth nature, straightforward approach and relates easily to clients. Cailey grew up in Moore Park and now lives in Bennington Heights with her husband James, daughters Mimi and Pippa and son Declan. Having undertaken many renovation projects of her own, including a recent re-build of her family home, Cailey is well positioned to offer renovation advice and ideas to clients with knowledge of the costs involved. When looking at properties, she has the experience to point out subtle considerations such as flow, space, light, room utilization and orientation of a home. Cailey has a Bachelor of Commerce.
Heather Heaps – Partner & Sales Representative
The founder of the Heaps Estrin Team, Heather has worked in residential real estate since 1986. Having served the area for more than 25 years, she has exceptional knowledge of the market and the neighbourhoods of Central Toronto. Heather raised her children in Moore Park and continues to call the neighbourhood home. With a background in urban planning, she approaches real estate with a unique perspective.
James Estrin – Partner & Sales Representative
James grew up in Toronto and knows the city inside out. He is well versed in the pros and cons of different neighbourhoods and can recommend a great restaurant as easily as he can advise about schools and other neighbourhood amenities. James is proud husband to Cailey and father to Mimi, Pippa and Declan. Working with buyers, James takes great care to find the right fit for his clients.
Megan Till-Landry – Sales Representative
Megan is our eager ‘Jill of all trades’. As a licensed sales representative, she works with her own clients in addition to providing support to Cailey where required. A native of Central Toronto, Megan graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Communications degree. Megan has an easygoing and friendly manner.
Pamela England – Partner & Client Care Manager
Pamela joined the Heaps Estrin Team in 2007 and is the glue that holds us together! She handles our day to day administration and ensures our clients’ needs are addressed in a quick and efficient manner. With her support, the rest of the team is able to focus on providing an exceptional quality of service to our clients. We are excited to announce that Pamela became a Partner in 2011!
