The “Humans of Heaps Estrin” blog series continues this week with Dwayne Evens. Dwayne has lived in Toronto for over 20 years and began trading real estate in 2011, after learning about the business through his own investments and years of working in construction, business and the arts. Coming to Toronto from the small town of Langton, Ontario, Dwayne brings his country charm and values to his work. Here are his answers:
What’s your favourite thing to do in Toronto when you have a few hours or day off?
Go to Toronto Island or take a walk through Kensington Market
Given the choice of anyone in the world, alive or dead, who would you want to have a meaningful conversation with?
What’s your favourite restaurant?
If you could go anywhere in the world on a holiday where would it be?
What was your first job and how old were you?
Flipping burgers/serving at Andy’s Drive-In, at 12 years old!
What are you most grateful for?
My family and friends.
