Bennington Heights

Bennington Heights is one of midtown Toronto’s most sought-after neighbourhoods because of its ravine setting, quiet winding streets, stately homes and easy access to downtown.

The area is home to an excellent public school and is walking distance to the shops of Bayview Avenue and a great ravine system, making it popular among families with school-aged children. Most of the homes in Bennington Heights are English Manor stone houses built in the 1920s and 1930s and Cottage-style two-storey homes and bungalows built in the late 1940s and early 1950s, and there is also an emergence of new construction including some modern architecture.

The boundaries of Bennington Heights are Bayview to the East, the Moore Park Ravine to the West, Moore Avenue to the North, and the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks to the South. Bennington Heights is located within Toronto Real Estate District C09 and C11.
