With close proximity to the Yonge Subway line, easy access to shopping on Bayview Avenue, Mount Pleasant Road and Yonge Street and a variety of housing options, it’s easy to see why this centrally-located neighbourhood is popular among young families and singles alike.
The area is defined by the borders of Yonge Street to the West, Eglinton Avenue to the North, Bayview Avenue to the East and the Mount Pleasant Cemetery to the South.
East of Mount Pleasant you’ll find mostly smaller detached and semi-detached homes as well as bungalows although those are quickly being replaced by new custom built homes. West of Mount Pleasant you’ll find larger two- and three-storey English cottage and Edwardian-style homes. Davisville Village is located in Toronto Real Estate District C10.
