The Deer Park neighbourhood is centered on the intersection of Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue and is bordered by the Vale of Avoca to the East, Avenue Road/Oriole Parkway to the West, Farnham Avenue and Jackes Avenue to the South and the Beltline/Glen Elm Avenue to the North.
This is one of Toronto’s oldest neighbourhoods. Most of the original Deer Park houses were built between 1875 and 1920, which are now mixed in with modern luxury condominiums and town homes.Great shopping and dining are at your doorstep in Deer Park, as is transit access via the St. Clair stop on the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line. Deer Park is located in Toronto Real Estate District C02 and C09.
