Don Mills offers residents large lots, great value and easy access to both the Don Valley Parkway and Highway 401.
The neighbourhood covers a large area and is bordered by York Mills Road to the North, Eglinton Avenue to the South, Leslie Street to the West and the Don Valley Parkway to the East. Homes in this quiet and family-oriented neighbourhood were built mainly in the 1950s and 1960s and the styles vary from bungalows to side-splits to two-storey homes. There are also several condominiums and apartments.
The Shops at Don Mills, a high end shopping and dining area located at Don Mills and Lawrence, has put the neighbourhood on the map. Its wide array of stores and many restaurant options have become neighbourhood meeting spots and it also attracts many visitors to the area. Don Mills is located in Toronto Real Estate District C13.
