Lawrence Park
This neighbourhood, which is bordered by Yonge Street to the West, Bayview Avenue to the East, the Blythwood Ravine to the South and Lawrence Avenue to the North, is one of Toronto’s most exclusive areas.
There are a variety of architectural styles in Lawrence Park including English Cottage, Tudor, Georgian and Colonial-style built between 1910 and the late 1940s, with newer builds constructed in recent years. The area is quite residential and, although it doesn’t have a neighbourhood “main street” of its own, is a short distance from many shopping and restaurant options in addition to great schools and other amenities. The neighbourhood is close to the Lawrence Park subway stop and offers easy access downtown via Bayview Avenue or Mount Pleasant Road. Lawrence Park is located in Toronto Real Estate District C04, C10 and C12.
