Leaside
Leaside is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the city because of its green space, quality schools and recreational facilities.
Much of the neighbourhood is within walking distance to dining and shopping options on Bayview Avenue as well as the conveniences of big box stores located on Laird Drive. It also offers easy access to downtown by car or TTC with bus connections to the Eglinton and Davisville stations on the Yonge subway line. Homes in Leaside are a mix of traditional two-storey detached homes, semi-detached homes and bungalows with some newer builds. The area referred to as ‘North Leaside’ is located North of Eglinton Avenue and East of Bayview Avenue, and is bordered on the North and West sides by Sunnybrook Park.
South Leaside is bordered by Eglinton Avenue to the North, Bayview Avenue to the West, Laird to the East and the CP Railway tracks to the South. Leaside is located in Toronto Real Estate District C11.
