Located just north of downtown Toronto and nestled among three ravines, Rosedale is one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Toronto.
The winding streets and other physical barriers of this leafy neighbourhood help restrict vehicular traffic, adding to its exclusive feel. It’s hard to believe it is located in the middle of Toronto, minutes from downtown. The homes in Rosedale are mostly grand, character-filled two- and three-story houses with generous lots, although there are some high-end condo options in the area as well.
Rosedale’s boundaries consist of the CP Railway tracks to the North, Yonge Street to the West, Bloor Street to the South and Bayview Avenue to the East. Rosedale is located in Toronto Real Estate District C09.
