South Hill
Although perhaps not as recognizable as its adjacent communities, South Hill is every bit as picturesque. The area is bordered by Spadina Road to the West, Avenue Road to the East, St. Clair Avenue to the North and the CP Railway to the South.
The Avenue Road hill is the iconic feature of this neighbourhood, which is in close proximity to the amenities of Yorkville and Forest Hill. The area’s original homes, which were built between 1890 and 1920, share the streets with many newer executive townhomes. South Hill is located in Toronto Real Estate District C02.
