Aashna Vijan is the Executive Assistant to Heaps Estrin President and CEO, Cailey Heaps. Aashna’s extraordinary ability to gracefully multi-task and judiciously prioritize are among the key strengths that she brings to the role – a role that is integral not only to the day-to-day goings-on of our president, but also, by consequence, the entire Heaps Estrin Team. In addition, Aash regularly gets to put her first-rate communication skills to use thanks to her prolific correspondence with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and countless other stakeholders in the Heaps Estrin community, always ensuring that they are getting the most out of their experience of working with our team. 

A lifelong resident of Richmond Hill, Aashna adores where she lives but also loves that working at Heaps Estrin means getting an almost daily dose of the city, thereby offering her the best of both worlds. 

Prior to joining HET, she worked as a project coordinator for a custom home builder in Vaughan and learned a great deal about the industry by overseeing the building process from start to finish. In addition to a providing a rich learning experience, the position also sparked a lifelong passion for home building, large-scale renovation, and real estate in general, which ultimately led her to the Heaps Estrin Team.

Aashna comes from a large, close-knit family, and when she is not busily multi-tasking at work, she can often be found in their company trying out new restaurants, discussing future design ideas, or hunting for a vintage luxury watch to add to her prized collection.
