We really feel that it was Amanda’s high level of customer service, quick thinking, tenacity, and negotiating skills with the other broker that won us this house and we are so thankful.
We live on Huron street now before we renovate Cottingham, but also own a condo in Yorkville, and we found out the tenant was leaving a few weeks before our second daughter was due to be born this summer. This stressed me out immediately and Amanda totally took the reins and secured a new tenant in a matter of days of being on the market, took care of all closing details (meeting current tenant, and new tenants, even providing the keys and doing a final wipe down of the condo!). The fact she took this off our hands during a stressful time in our lives was so appreciated, and we knew we could completely trust her.
