A master in the art of negotiation, Cailey brings more than twenty years of experience in real estate to every transaction that she oversees. However, among the many things that set her apart from her counterparts is that Cailey does not view the buying and selling of homes as transactional – for her, and for the rest of the Heaps Estrin Team, real estate is personal.
Prior to launching her remarkable career in real estate, Cailey worked in advertising after having earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing. Ultimately, she was able to transfer her well-honed advertising skillset, business acumen and marketing savvy to the residential real estate market when she joined her mother Heather Heaps’ successful real estate business in the 1990s. Since then, Cailey has become a top producer and gained significant market share in her role as President, CEO and Broker of Record of the top real estate team in central Toronto.
Widely regarded as a trailblazer in the Toronto real estate market, Cailey is also recognized as an industry-wide thought-leader and is regularly invited to share her insight with local and national media and to speak at numerous events across the country. She is also a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the American-based worldwide leadership community.
Cailey has always been a fervent supporter of numerous charitable organizations. Those particularly close to her heart include the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Ovarian Cancer Canada, Sick Kids Hospital and Interval House. Cailey and the Heaps Estrin Team were very happy to be able to donate more than $75,000 to these and other worthwhile causes last year alone, and, to date, have contributed more than $200,000 to the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation.
Cailey’s list of accomplishments is an impressively long one. Her most cherished role, however, is that of Mum to Mimi, Pippa and Declan.
