I cannot recommend Christina and the Heaps Estrin team strongly enough. When we first met with Christina, she mentioned their team approach, which at first I thought was a nice touch, but did not realize the added value and unbelievable efficiency and professionalism that added to her service as a seller agent. Every step of the process preparing the house for listing was organized, strategic, efficient, and pleasant. The team worked together behind the scenes to do the market research to find the best list price and strategy specific to our house, our location, the current real-estate climate and probably a bunch of factors I am unaware of. Christina did a live virtual tour of the house on social media, and her team put together a stellar promotional video that truly emphasized how desirable our house was for a well-thought out demographic. I loved sharing that video:) It captures every aspect of what we felt was unique and lovely about our home. Honestly, I wanted to buy my house again! That is why they are the professionals and we put our home in their hands:) Communication was prompt and well-timed while our house was on the market as well. We could track the appointments other agents booked for showings, and just sat back and allowed all the prep work on the house do it’s job. Even before the house was officially listed, Christina was fielding calls from other agents who’s clients wanted the house. Within a couple days of being on the market, Christina was handling offers and doing an exceptional job of representing us and our desired outcome the entire time. After 4 bully offers, we accepted one very happily on day 4, and the scheduled open house was no longer necessary. Needless to say, we were also grateful to avoid the stress of the dreaded “offer night”. We are big fans of Christina and the Heaps Estrin team and fully endorsed their services.
