Kyle Frank takes pride in everything he does. This includes skillfully guiding his clients through every single detail of the real estate process in a professional, proficient and genuine manner. Kyle has spent time living in New York City, Santiago, and now calls Toronto home. He credits his time in these large urban centres with inspiring his passion for architecture, design, and, ultimately, real estate.
With a background in interior design, and after having spent the past five years in a sales capacity in the Toronto luxury real estate market, Kyle brings a great deal of expertise, a keen eye, and invaluable insight to his new role at Heaps Estrin. He is known for his unyielding commitment to his clients, and prides himself on the personal connections he forms with them, affording him the ability to not only understand their needs, but to anticipate them, and to exceed their expectations with his skilled oversight of each and every negotiation or transaction.
When he is not busy showing houses or negotiating on behalf of his clients, Kyle loves to escape to the city’s waterfront. He currently lives in a condo that he loves on the edge of Cabbagetown. Other favourite Toronto neighbourhoods include the Annex and South Hill where he can be found spending time both on- and off-duty.
