International Women’s Day is a day to recognize and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women and girls, and raising awareness of the work left to be done when it comes to gender equality. At Heaps Estrin, we understand the importance of celebrating women and their achievements and strive for equality in our workforce by embracing diversity and focusing on inclusion.
At Heaps Estrin, one of our core values is “Human”. We strive to show a deep understanding, compassion and respect for both our clients’ and employees’ needs. As a predominantly female company, on International Women’s Day and every day, we recognize and celebrate extraordinary women. I am proud to report that 80% of our team members are women and we are committed to improving gender representation across all levels in our business.
This year we’ll be participating in the International Women’s Day movement through the #ChooseToChallenge campaign. We have invited both men and women from Heaps Estrin to join us in speaking out about the barriers which might stop women from having an equal share of voice, and expressing how they choose to challenge these barriers.
