Located ten minute drive or 15 minute boat ride from the town of Chester, and a 15 min boat ride to CYC, the cottage is part of a community with a communal dock, nature trails and a magnificent tennis court.

The home has five bedrooms (all with ocean views) in the main house and sleeps fourteen in total. The gourmet kitchen overlooking the ocean and has a custom designed dining table for 16. There is also a main floor study.  The house has three full baths and two half baths in the main house.There is also a pool house with king bed and full bathroom, sitting area and kitchen nook. The lower level of the home is perfect for entertaining, and is complete with a gym, movie theatre and ping pong room. Laundry is also located in the basement, with additional stackable laundry on the second floor. Walk outside to the stunning swimming pool.
