Renting in Toronto is a daunting and intimidating process. When I began looking for apartments on my own about two months ago, I became despondent after either not hearing back from landlords or viewing units just weren’t right for me.

I was very keen to rent this apartment, and Aman was immediately prepared to help me submit the strongest possible application. With calm and clear guidance, he steered me through the process and advised me along every step of the way. As the landlord reviewed my submissions, Aman advocated on my behalf in real-time and also found ways for me to bolster the landlord’s confidence in my candidacy.
Less than a week after I had first reached out to the Heaps Estrin team, I secured the keys to the apartment and began moving in the first boxes. I’m so glad Aman and I were connected and I regret not reaching out sooner. I’m thrilled with the apartment Aman found me and I feel immense gratitude every day after work when I come home to my new space.
