I wanted to give a review on Amanda Gaskey who our realtor in selling our home and buying a new one to put on your website. Amanda has shown such commitment and excellence when it came to selling our home.  She project-managed the whole task of getting it ready for market and made us feel comfortable with the whole process.  The quality and effort of her work resulted in a higher sale price. Looking for a new home and dealing with time sensitivity was stressful for us.  Amanda understood this and made herself available whenever we showed an interest in a prospect.  She knew exactly what we wanted in a newly upgraded home and steered us in the right direction.  She is very knowledgeable on housing structure, neighbourhood, potential renovations, school districts and pointed factors out that I would have overlooked.  There was absolutely no pressure to bid on any home we saw, she wanted us to find the perfect one. When it came to putting in an offer she advocated for us and advised us on how to proceed. She has the ability to accurately predict the market and sale prices, which led to the success of getting our dream home in the area we have always wanted. I can confidently say that Amanda has been such a delight to work with and I could not be happier with our result of buying and selling.  I would highly recommend her and will use her in any future endeavours when it comes to real estate.  Her attitude, commitment, quality effort and ethics has put her above and beyond as an excellent realtor.
