Highly recommend Claire Speedie as she is professional, knowledgeable and understands her client’s needs. Claire was able to diplomatically guide us in the right direction. She was able to sell our home prior to it going on the open market for the asking price We did have one hiccup with the staging company (they did an excellent job staging our home) however Claire was able to assist us to resolve this issue in a diplomatic and fair manner.
